We are the Marfolín Playa team, a company dedicated to the management of top quality holiday homes in a unique building located on the beachfront of the town of El Cotillo in the north of Fuerteventura.

El Cotillo, a place on the northwest coast of Fuerteventura where you can enjoy spectacular sunsets over the Atlantic and ideal conditions for the enjoyment of bathers and lovers of all kinds of water sports. Charming fishing village that has great value for both residents and visitors: its seafaring taste, its extensive unspoiled beaches and lagoons of crystal clear white sand, the taste of the sea served in a wide variety of restaurants and, above all, the sunset that every day gives us nature, make El Cotillo fascine everyone who is lucky enough to know it.
MARFOLIN BUILDING
Marfolín is a spacious, exclusive and modern independent building built in 2006 in the small coastal fishing village of El Cotilllo, Fuerteventura. With its structure in ele totally oriented to the sea and composed of three floors with only 36 apartments, located right on the beach, with its own gardens, stunning views of the atlantic ocean sea and direct access to the exclusive beach for our customers.
