Marfolín is a spacious, exclusive and modern apartment complex built in 2006 in the small, coastal fishing village of El Cotilllo, Fuerteventura. It is built totally facing out to sea making the most of the impressive Atlantic views, with three floors and only 36 apartments, located right on the beach with its own gardens and it boasts an exclusive direct access to the beach. Marfolín has a large freshwater pool (approximately 250 m2) for the exclusive use of owners and residents. For the little ones there is a second independent children’s pool. Surrounding the pools is a large sunbathing area with loungers and attractive, well looked after gardens, making it the perfect setting for a great family vacation or romantic getaway. There is also free of charge, off road parking in the basement of the building.

From the Marfolín Apartments, all areas of the town can be easily reached on foot. The local bus service runs from El Cotillo through all the towns in county of La Oliva until you reach Corralejo which is the largest of the resorts in the north of the island.
